Howard Pritchard ff669e7b15 code cleanup: clang is now a happier panda ... Clang 5.1 on my mac was a sad panda compiling a couple of files, complaining about uninitialized stack variables. Specifying the ras_base_multiplier parameter to be greater than 1 will cause ORTE to replicate each allocated node by that factor.
