Ralph Castain e7135621fe Okay, with this minor change, mpirun2 and mpi_init can now both rapidly determine that they don't want to join an existing universe and create their very own session directory tree - and even clean up correctly IF the program terminates normally.

Still have to work on that abnormal termination stuff...
