Tim Prins 66777a7bc7 Lots of changes to the new bproc components: ...

- it will now wait for the child procs to exit then kill off the daemons
- if orted is in your path it will automatically be found, or you can
  specify its location.
- your LD_LIBRARY_PATH is now forwarded to the backend to make it easier to use
  shared libraries in nonstandard places

Still need to work on cleanup on the backend nodes.

orte_abort was supposed to accept a variable number of arguments. But internally it didn't honor them. The second problem is that the opal_output does not accept a va_list as argument. So we have to create the string in the orte_abort and then print it out using opal_output.
