Ralph Castain dc4de57253 Per request from the Eclipse team, change the attributes that control the "flow" through the rmgr.spawn procedure from "stop after this step" to "do this step". This allows them to use the spawn procedure to complete the launch one step at a time so they can let the user see the results after each step. ... Shouldn't affect anyone else.
