Jeff Squyres 52f5dd906c Fixes trac:2611: get updated code from GASNet (thanks Paul Hargrove!) that ... handles more modern versions of Autoconf's --program-transform arguments. Also make it clear that the message is coming from Open MPI logic, so that we don't blame Autoconf, Red Hat, or anyone else next time! This commit was SVN r24024.
