Ralph Castain 8f9508cace Further enhance the support for Singularity containers. Extend the "personality" command-line option to allow specifying both model (e.g., "ompi") and container (e.g., "singularity"), and add the necessary logic to support multiple options. Add a new pmix "isolated" component to handle singletons where no HNP is available since containers cannot launch the HNP.
