Jeff Squyres c9ea7f2732 fortran: ensure that sizeof_f08.h is built before mpi-f08.lo ... mpi-f08.F90 includes sizeof_f08.h, so we need to add a Makefile dependency to ensure that sizeof_f08.h is built first.
