openmpi/config/ompi_check_tm.m4
Jeff Squyres 4960aee4b2 Temporary fix for the tm breakage the other day. This restores being
able to compile tm support, but is still "odd" in terms of the way AC
macros are normally structured.  Brian says that he will fix it
properly someday.
