George Bosilca aee802ddfa Include the intercept_extra_state_t_class in the library. The logic I added there on my last commit was wrong. This variable should be included only once, and here is the right way of doing: - if we have weak symbols we compile each file once, so the variable should [always] get included. - if we don't have weak symbols, then each file will get compiled multiple times (if profiling is enabled).
