Ralph Castain 49745c5f40 Provide a new option that allows a user to leave an ssh session open without getting deluged by ORTE debug output. The new option is --leave-session-attached, with a corresponding MCA param of orte_leave_session_attached.
Theoretically, any PLM could use this - but in reality, all of them except rsh/ssh already leave the session attached anyway.

This fixes trac:656 - a REALLY old ticket
