Jeff Squyres 7b2612696c Remove all the keyval stuff from the MCA parameter functionality. The ... meat of it was commented out long ago, anyway (because of the way it was written, it violates OPAL<->OMPI abstraction barriers); we never ended up using the MPI keyval MCA parameter stuff.
