Jeff Squyres 750ea30961 So apparently my clever fix in r18873 was not good -- apparently, we ... can have a pub_endpoint and a sub_endpoint that are not equal but go to the same place (fd). I didn't think that that was possible. :-\ So just use a bool to track whether we have forwarded the fragment at all; if we have, then don't forward to the sub_endpoint. include	Fold in the revised modex scheme. Move the ompi_proc_t modex portions to the RTE level since the daemons already have that info. Provide each process with the equivalent of a "nidmap" - both a map of what nodes are in the job, and a map of which node each process is on.
