This commit fixes #4795 - Fixed typo that sometimes causes deadlock in change of protocol. - Redesigned out of sequence ordering and address the overflow case of sequence number from uint16_t. Signed-off-by: Thananon Patinyasakdikul <tpatinya@utk.edu>
