Tim Mattox 57be80c983 First pass at integrating the CIFTS/FTB support as
a notifier module.
The Notifier framework was extended slightly to
convey more information about each event notice.
This works with the FTB v0.5 API.

To compile with FTB support, use --with-ftb=/path/to/ftb/install

CIFTS == Coordinated Infrastructure for Fault Tolerant Systems
FTB == Fault Tolerance Backplane
