openmpi/config/f77_get_fortran_handle_max.m4
Jeff Squyres c760d51cc2 Fixes for INTEGER and int max values; original problem report from
Brooks Davis.  Now handle everything as hex, and we don't have to
worry about signed/unsigned implementations of integers in shell and
expr.
