Edgar Gabriel 5f570a8b62 modified the value of MPI_COMM_NULL to two, since we need to have a valid ...

entry in the f_to_c translation table for this object. We still wanted
to be MPI_COMM_WORLD zero and MPI_COMM_SELF 1.
