Joshua Ladd 0b5c1f2ea8 Add 'generic' support for PMI2 (previously, we checked for PMI2 only on Cray systems.) If your resource manager (e.g. SLURM) has support for PMI2, then the --with-pmi configure flag will enable its usage. If you don't have PMI2, then you will fallback to regular old PMI1. grpcomm.h	Roll in the rest of the modex change. Eliminate all non-modex API access of RTE info from the MPI layer - in some cases, the info was already present (either in the ompi_proc_t or in the orte_process_info struct) and no call was necessary. Makefile.am	Fix mistake that came in via the ompi-agen tree in r23764. The mistake wasn't part of the core autogen upgrade; it was an additional 'bonus' cleanup. Oops. The mistake will always create a set of directories under installdir, even if you do not --with-devel-headers. The set of directories will be empty, but still -- they should not be there at all.
