Josh Hursey 8bf587475b Added a flag to orte_rmgr_base_proc_stage_gate_subscribe() allowing the ... caller to specify a subset of the state variables that it can can subscribe to. This is specified with one of three special flags defined in rmgr/rmgr_types.h This is useful when we only care about a subset of the state changes, such as in orted which only needs to know when a job has terminated or aborted.
