Rainer Keller fd28b392bf - An intrusive commit yet again (sorry): with the separation we ... get bitten by header depending on having already included the corresponding [opal|orte|ompi]_config.h header. When separating, things like [OPAL|ORTE|OMPI]_DECLSPEC are missed.
