George Bosilca 22418fb788 Change the PML logic a little bit. If there are several path between 2 nodes, I dont need message multiplexing, just fragments. So when we create the request we always pick up the first PTL attached to the destination. Now a communication between 2 nodes with small messages will always take the same path.
