configure.m4	Continue cleanup - this time, start working on the "without full support" flags in ORTE. Remove no-longer-needed configure.m4 files from the ess and errmgr. ess_pmi.h	Complete implementation of pmi support. Ensure we support both mpirun and direct launch within same configuration to avoid requiring separate builds. Makefile.am	The final step of the RFC: convert the <foo>libdir and friends to fit their respective code areas, and equate them all at the top.
