Ralph Castain	e858b029aa	Re-establish support for IBM's POE environment by resurrecting the poe launcher from the v1.2 series, updated for the current trunk. Ralph Castain	d70e2e8c2b	Merge the ORTE devel branch into the main trunk. Details of what this means will be circulated separately.
