Gilles Gouaillardet	53b952dc2b	oshmem: invoke the C PMPI_* subroutines instead of the MPI_* ones ... when profiling is built. Gilles Gouaillardet	16d65a2762	fortran/mpif-h: invoke the C PMPI_* subroutines instead of the MPI_* ones ... when profiling is built.
