subnet specifications (in addition to interface names). These
parameters now take a comma-delimited list of interfaces names and/or
a.b.c.d/x specifications (only IPv4 currently supported for subnet
specifications). For example:
mpirun --mca btl_tcp_if_include 10.10.30.0/8,eth0
