f531b09a8d Correctly handle -host and -hostfile options. Ensure the initial vm launch constrains itself to the union of specified hosts if those options are given. Get oversubscribe set correctly for that case.

- Use own implementation of assert() to work around a compiler bug (seen on MacOS using GCC v4.2.1):
	  The linker results in an undefined reference to ___builtin_expect() when using assert() within OpenMP-parallel regions.

076db435cd * Fixes trac:2807 : Improve the BLCR configure option so that it checks if the {{{--with-blcr}}} option is specified, but not {{{--with-ft=cr}}}, then configure returns an error (since this is clearly not what the user intended).

05549e889b Changes to VT: 
- fixed a bug (potential segfault) in the MPI wrapper functions MPI_Gatherv and MPI_Scatterv which occurred due to illegal access to insignificant parameters on non-root ranks
	- vtdyn:
		- stop instrumenting if an error occurred during finalizing instrumentation set
	- vtunify-mpi:
		- added option '--stats' to unify only summarized information, no events
		- reduced memory usage on rank 0: immediately send token translation tables to the corresponding worker ranks when they are complete
		- send the "finished-flag" together with the last set of definitions read to rank 0 instead of sending an extra message
	- OPARI:
		- fixed detection of DO loop beginnings; If there is a variable which contains "do" in its name it was detected as DO loop :-(
		- fixed processing of Fortran line-continuation appearing after a complete OpenMP directive

3e7ab1212a Since this has come up a number of times, have the rsh launcher add MCA params from the environment by default. If it finds that the cmd line is too long, error out with a message directing the user to set a param to ignore the environmental MCA params.

90b7f2a7bf The rest of the multi app_context fix. Remove the restriction on number of app_contexts that can have zero np specified as multiple mappers now support that use-case. Update the ranking algorithms to respect and track bookmarks. Ensure we properly set the oversubscribed flag on a per-node basis.

df2f594aa8 Some cleanup associated with multiple app_contexts. Ensure nodes only get entered once into the map. Correctly handle bookmarks. Cleanup tracking of slots_inuse and correct detection of oversubscription. 
Still need to resolve the ranking issue so it starts at the bookmark, but that will come next.

b5ac320826 * If not able to checkpoint at this time (say because we are already checkpointing or restarting) then make sure to re-set the listener so that we can checkpoint later. 
* Work around duplicate node names in the map. It should not happen normally, but if the rmaps component gets this wrong provide a work around. Ralph is working on a rmaps fix for this, so we will likely remove/comment out the fix later.

93a797cc33 r25511 didn't fully fix the OPAL_CHECK_VISIBILITY issue; we also need 
to -I the opal/config directory so that autoregen can find our .m4
files.
