least note that OMPI does not allow adding or deleting attributes in
an attribute copy or delete callback (or any of its children) on the
same object on which the callback was invoked.
for years, were probably tremendously confused by this typo -- trying
to code their applications by catching MPI:Exception instances, but
failing to compile them. "Why, cruel world, why?!"
Now we have fixed the error; all is right with the world again.
