Prabhanjan Kambadur	dac14aaf94	committing the header file fixes for protection against C++ name mangling. This is a hge commit. Please make sure that your files are protected right. There is some redundan protection in that the protection has been added right at teh beginning and at teh end ion some cases even thught typedefs are not requred to be protected.
