Still to test: the code which generates new local leader communicators, in case the root of the operation is not yet part of the lleader comm. ... New features compared to the version from last Thursday (where bcast and reduce seemed to work in most scenarios): - clearer internal infrastructure - ability to handle all root processes with a (hopefully) minimal number of local leader communicators.
