Remove orte header file from sharedfp components (OMPI layer should not

include ORTE layer with the RTE framework). Thankfully, nothing used
orte_show_help, so easy fix.

infuse life into the shared file pointer framework. For this:

- extend the framework API
- remove the dummy component, not require anymore
- add four components to perform the actual job.
