Add note about OFED 1.0 and how it won't work with OMPI v1.2 and later

(because of GNU libtool 2.x issues -- see
https://svn.open-mpi.org/trac/ompi/ticket/334 and
http://openib.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=223).  OFED fixed the
problem in OFED 1.1.
