Add OPAL_VPID to unpacking

* Needed to properly read PMIx job data like the following
   - `OPAL_PMIX_LOCALLDR`
   - `OPAL_PMIX_RANK`
   - `OPAL_PMIX_GLOBAL_RANK`
   - `OPAL_PMIX_APPLDR`
   - `OPAL_PMIX_APP_RANK`
