Slava Zanko 6c5f5bf768 VFS structure changes: ...

* moved from lib/vfs/mc-vfs to lib/vfs;
  * split by directories for VFS-plugins and moved to src/vfs;
  * lib/vfs/vfs-impl.h was merged into lib/vfs/vfs.h.
