As input_expand_dialog() may return a pointer to an empty string,
the function was trying to create a directory so named and thus
print a false "File exists" error message.

Problem: 'Find File' dialog doesn't save an empty "content" filed on exit.
Proposed solution: allow each history (not in content in 'Find File' dialog
only) save an empty value.

In the case where insufficient rights to the contents of the directory ~/.mc/* to
save preferences I get "settings saved in ~ /.mc/ini", but really nothing is saved.
It would be correct to issue a message like "Not enough permissions to save the ~/.mc/ini"
Also, when autosave should be issued a message about the lack of rights.
This branch will check rights of config-files.

The "Choose codepage" dialog (for file panel) is centered
over the according panel.
Renamed create_listbox_window_delta() function to
create_listbox_window_centered(). Now this function takes in
coordinates of dialog center.
Changed argumets order to unified dialogs API.

Also, added ability for change mc user home dir. Just type:

And you will have different config files (very usefull for testing or development).

Now Gray-* shortcut inverts selection of directories as well as files.
This is very confusing feature especially when user is going to delete
files.
Added new variable 'reverse_files_only' allows use the old behavior
of reverse selection.

src/main.c (repaint_screen): call tty_touch_screen() here.
src/execute.c (toggle_panels): fixed comment.
Call repaint_screen() instead of do_refresh().
src/cmd.c (do_view_cmd): small optimization.
(do_edit_at_line): likewise.
(swap_cmd): since tty_touch_screen() is called in repaint_screen()
now, don't call it here.
tty_touch_screen() is used instead of touchwin() function or macro.
tty_set_normal_attrs() is used instead of standend() function or macro.
tty_set_alt_charset() is used instead of acs() and noacs()
functions or macros.
tty_baudrate() is used instead of baudrate() function or macro.
Changed INSTALL file. Added some new descriptions of 'configure' scritp options.
Changed README file. Fixed minimal version of glib and changed download location of project.
Small corrections of README and INSTALL files (Yury V. Zaytsev)
Changed description of Ctrl-t hotkey. Now Ctrl-t mean 'Select codepage'
