b534bfc520 Fix ssh_write_knownhost() which always returned -1. 
fwrite() return the the number of items written not the size of the
buffer.

152da07023 Implement channel_read() as a POSIX like function. 
Create channel_read_buffer() to have the old version still available.

d86f001754 channel_select(). this function rocks ! 
I adapted the sample.c file. the select_loop function is bloated and fails to demonstrate how libssh is simple to handle...

it looks to run at first try.

1b20b8df85 fixed bug in sample that made the client running in infinite loop. 
hunted a bug in channel_poll that returned 0 when EOF.

96a99bab78 The kex works, the client authentifies (with password) then it's possible to choose a subsystem. The channels don't completely work.
